Culinary perspective

In this academy the culinary students create and prepare new dishes to share with all the staff and students. Like this tasty creme brulée with dry petals.
The créme brulée takes the center of the picture, full with colors. The physalis gives height and movement to the dish. All the details on the back give the context to the picture, and have been blurred to accentuate the dish itself.

Le Bouveret


This is the first picture that I decided to upload because even though the day was really cloudy the colors of the bench and the grass remain alive and bright. The central focus is the blue bench on the lower central part of the photo.
