Culinary perspective

In this academy the culinary students create and prepare new dishes to share with all the staff and students. Like this tasty creme brulée with dry petals.
The créme brulée takes the center of the picture, full with colors. The physalis gives height and movement to the dish. All the details on the back give the context to the picture, and have been blurred to accentuate the dish itself.
